Cajun Pickle Juice Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 LBS Bone In Chicken Wings
2 TBS Cajun Seasoning
2 Cups Pickle Juice
2 TBS Darkside Hot Sauce
3 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
Directions
Marinade
Put wings in a ziplock bag add 2 cups pickle juice and crushed garlic remove the air from the bag and put in the fridge for 8 hours to 1 day.
Cooking
Pre-Heat Grill to 325 Degrees
Remove wings from juice and let air dry 5 mins on a plate.
Season with cajun rub and place on the grill indirect at 325 degrees.
In 15 mins flip over
In 15 mins put Darkside hot sauce into a small bowl with a paint brush head out to the grill.
Flip again and paint one side with sauce.
Probe temperature of the wings should be around 130-140 internal.
Move wings to direct fire and flip sauce side down.
Paint sauce on the other side and keep an eye not to burn them!
After a few min start flipping and rotating to prevent burning.
Remove when internal temperature hits 165 degrees.
Put on a plate and let rest 4 min before serving.
